Golden Week Cashback FAQ

    1. Register for the promotion: Log in to the Client Cabinet, click on 'Promotion' in the menu, and then click on 'Register.' On the popup, select a trading account from the dropdown and click 'Register.' Once the registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that the registration to the promotion starts 2 weeks prior to the promotion on April 8th.
    2. Net deposit at least 250 USD to your account (don’t forget to register first).
    3. Keep depositing to increase your tier (there are three cashback tiers in total).
    4. Trade at least 1lot from April 22nd.

  • Yes, you can join the promotion at any time during the promotion period.

  • You can start depositing to reach the qualification as soon as you register but remember cashback will be granted only for trades opened between April 22nd and May 3rd.

  • It is the account you select while registering for the promotion that you will receive your cashback. This account also determines which currency your net deposits and cashback will be converted to.

  • No. You cannot change it.

  • No. You can make deposits and trade in any of your accounts. It will be summed up.

  • The amounts for each currency are as follows. In the case of deposits in multiple currencies, they will be converted to the currency of the main Promotion account.

  • Yes. However, please note that withdrawing part or all of your deposit during the promotion period might make you ineligible for the cashback promotion.

  • Yes, trades of different symbol pairs will be combined. For example, trading 0.7 lots of XAUUSD and 0.3 lots of XAUEUR will be counted as a total of 1 lot.
